What we collect

When you ask us to keep you informed, we collect the email address you provide and, if you choose, which products you’re interested in. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical data (such as your IP address and request information) to deliver and secure the site.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email only to send you the product updates you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We handle your data in line with UK data protection law: the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. If this changes, we’ll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Where your information is stored

Your details are stored using Cloudflare, our hosting and infrastructure provider, which processes data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Cloudflare may process some data on servers outside the United Kingdom; where it does, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or you unsubscribe from updates.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@foxlitx.com and we’ll respond within the time the law allows.
